√Hard working. Joe has spent more than 25 years running his own businesses and employing others. He learned
a strong work ethic from his father who has run a small business for more than 50 years.
√Honest. Joe's
honesty and integrity was rewarded with loyal, repeat customers in businesses for more than 25 years. Both homeowners
and general contractors alike relied on Joe's company to perform projects for them time and time again.
√Dedicated. Joe's dedication to his values is proven by his constant support of the churches, schools and
organizations he supports.
√Proven leader. Joe has had as many as 60 employees working for him and successfully
ran a small business for more than 25 years. He gained experience working with government agencies from the 1,000's of
landscaping jobs his company did for State and local municipalities. He also has extensive experience in negotiating
labor agreements and business contracts. His work on the Archdiocese West Allis/West Milwaukee Catholic Schools merger taught
him how to work well with large committees.

Family
Joe and his family have lived in West Allis for more than 17 years. He has been married for
more than 22 years to Becky, a Catholic School Teacher in Milwaukee. They have three children; Andrea, Joe
and Gina.

Background.
Joe grew up working for his father in the family's sod farm and Christmas
tree business. During that time his father instilled a strong ethic of hard work and customer service by example.
Joe's father at age 77, still works 6-7 days per week and has been in business for more than 50 years. Joe has 25 years of
experience running his own business beginning in 1980 when at the age of 16 Joe began his first business selling fruits and
vegetables, sod, topsoil and nursery stock on 35th & Forest Home Ave. After graduating from Thomas More High School, Joe
attended Marquette University until the entrepreneurial bug bit and he left college early to begin a landscaping business.
The business employed over 60 people and performed landscape construction and maintenance on residential, commercial
and municipal projects. In 2005, Joe sold the landscaping business.
Community.
Joe
and Becky are active members at Mary Queen of Heaven Parish in West Allis and St. John the Evangelist Parish in Greenfield.
At MQH Joe was on the Parish Council and on the building and grounds committee. He ran an annual News Year Eve Casino Night
and Dance and has worked on the Parish Festival. At St. John's, Joe runs the kitchen for the annual casino night
school fundraiser, works the concession stand at sporting events and tends bar at the Parish Festival.
Joe was
also a member of the Archdiocese task-force responsible for the West Allis/West Milwaukee Catholic Schools merger, and performs
volunteer work and financial support for St. Thomas More High School.
